Ordering Products on our System: Once your
order has been submitted through our checkout system, a
member of our sales staff will contact you to confirm
the order. At that time, our staff will give you
your total w/( shipping & applicable taxes) and obtain
the payment method you wish to use. If
you wish to place an order with your credit card, please
choose PayPal for your payment method.
You
do not have to be a member of PayPal to place your
order. We are a verified PayPal business member.
Methods of Payment: Company Check, C.O.D.,
Money Order, Visa, MasterCard Discover & American
Express. If ordering w/ a
Purchase Order, you will be required to fill out a
credit application.
Returns: Stock items may be returned in
their original packing within one month of invoice date.
Items that are returned due to customer error will be
charged a 20% restocking fee. Customized items may
not be returned.
Shipping Cost: We use UPS for shipping.
At the time of checkout, you will have the ability to
choose which UPS shipping method you prefer, along with
the UPS shipping cost. If you require
alternative shipping methods, please call us and our
sales staff will quote you a price.
